By bringing together my 25 years of knowledge, experience and qualifications in the Health, Fitness, Coaching and Therapy industries, I am so grateful and passionate to help educate and empower you to live a wonderfully enhanced life, free from stress, full of health and bursting with happiness.
Unfortunately (or fortunately - depending on how you choose to see it), I suffered with severe toxic stress for 5 years, which destroyed my physical health, crippled my mental health and crushed my emotional health.
After taking some time to focus on getting my life back, I not only gained some additional and extremely powerful qualifications, but I literally coached myself out of the chaos for 2 solid years.
I'm so delighted to now be totally free of toxic stress, and have reversed and eliminated all my 'lifelong' chronic illnesses - going from 12 tablets a day to zero, and also avoiding a heart operation.
My personal experience, combined with my professional passion, drives me with unstoppable desire to help others, just like you, to also transform out of devastating stress, anxiety and depression, to be able to life a fulfilling life full of health and happiness.
