I often find that when we try to relieve stress, we can create more of it, due to what I like to call, infobesity & consumptionitis! We are great at taking in lots of information, but we're not great at implementing it. These little books help you take manageable steps.
Each Skinny Little Book focuses on a different topic to help you reduce stress, improve your health and empower you to live an abundant life. And as this was originally a joint idea with my late dad, I'm honoured to kick-off the series by publishing our combined efforts in the first three books.
